Got to know this place, runs by 2nd generation family for over 30 years. The restaurant is spacious and clean and service is pretty good. There is a mix reviews on the dim sum which I thought it is decent based on the pricing. What I like is their molten egg tart, really 10/10. Salted Egg Lava Bun is tasty and I love their HK style cheong fun. Dim sum on the other hand is pretty decent and it is not as bad as other reviews mentioned. Har Kaw's skin is thick yes but the filling is fresh and portion is ok. Lava bun skin is thick to hold that creamy sauce. The only thing is parking can be tricky, otherwise it is very good.

Came to try out the food here during dinner time. We're there on Friday evening, not so crowded. The food was nice, not too salty. The claypot fish is good. Can see that lotsa shallots and garlic were used to bring out the fragrance and eliminate the fishy smell. Will back to try out other dishes.

Went there for dinner and breakfast consecutively. The salted fish fried pork, Kangkong and Claypot taufu tasted delicious. Dim sum such as salted egg porridge, fried radish, prawn dumpling, fried yam, etc. taste not bad. Environment also quite breezy and not feel hot with a lot of ceiling fans.
